Hello,
Ok. Now here is the glimpse of my training. We are all learning together, and I have learned the process of converting file extensions so these videos are readable on blogger - just for you!

Your Athlete,
Susan
Whoa you're strong. These are intresting. How far did you throw that shot put ball? :]
ReplyDeleteThanks Adam. Well I don't know how far it would have gone - we throw into a net. This allows me to focus on technique and not distance.
ReplyDeleteSusan - thanks for reposting this - the videos rock! Like Adam, I was totally intrigued by the shotput video - especially the balance involved, and how much you need to slow it down to perfect your technique.
ReplyDeleteVery cool.

Hi Susan
ReplyDeleteYou are looking good in the high jump, what are you jumping now?
Christine
So far this season I've had success at 1.70m from a four step approach. Last year we switched takeoff legs for highjump bc of the knee injury, so we are still building. But last year my PR from right was 1.68m ... so we're off to a super start this season :>
